With so many trends out there these days it's hard to look completely original. One thing every fashionable girl wants is to look different and stand out from the crowd, be in-fashion and look ahead of the time.
WELL, even though it's winter and hard to achieve a practical look, it's still possible to achieve a cool and edgy look with makeup and hair.
I will attempt to help you achieve this with inspiration from current trends spotted on the runway.
1. METALLIC EYELINER
Metallic eyeliner has been on the spring/summer 2015 runways for designers such as Dior and Fendi.
Dior has a new line of eye makeup called "Mirror Eyes" to help achieve this look.
It's quite a dramatic look and depending on how much/how you apply it, it can be a look for night and day.
2. HAIR
Short hair and colour seems to still be in fashion in the REAL world where we live, but in the fashion world, it's old hat. It's popular at school still, work and when you're just on the subway you'll see at least four girls with short pink hair or ombre ends.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MANIC PANIC HAIR DYE ANYMORE! Colour seems to be fading out for the coming season (literally) and natural is in. Long, natural, 60's inspired do's are the new thing right now. Or in contrast, quite harsh, slicked back kind of hair. You choose which you prefer.
